Job Overview:
The Project Superintendent is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all electrical field activities for one or multiple projects. This role ensures labor productivity, cost efficiency, and safety compliance while providing technical guidance to meet project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Labor & Productivity Management: Oversee labor costs, budgeting, and task tracking to ensure efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Field Operations Manager and Project Manager to align labor requirements and project schedules.
- Project Oversight: Attend contractor meetings, monitor construction schedules, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Technical Support: Provide guidance on project layouts, BIM coordination, and problem resolution in the field.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforce best practices, safety standards, and quality control, review blueprints, and conduct daily site inspections.
- Team Leadership: Supervise Foremen and Senior Electricians, assess team strengths, and recommend training opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $7M in annual revenue.
- NC Electrical License or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to upholding company values, safety, and industry standards.
