Description:
The Inside Sales Support Specialist will focus on aiding the sales representatives with pricing quotes, completing sales orders, and providing additional customer care within the Automotive, Electronics, and General Manufacturing sectors. This administrative role requires proactive engagement with various departments, sales representatives, and customers to provide exemplary customer care. This position is an on-site role, Monday through Friday. Reporting to the Inside Sales Support Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Support & Follow-Up: Provide timely feedback and follow-up on the status and performance of tasks to customers. Act as a point of contact for customer concerns and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- Compliance: Practice and ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures, maintaining high standards in all customer interactions.
- Product & Customer Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as customer profiles and needs, to better serve our clients.
- Quote Calculation: Prepare accurate and timely quotes for customers, ensuring all pricing aligns with company standards.
- Order Processing: Produce and administer accurate and timely orders for customers, following the processes instilled by the company and ensuring accuracy.
- Special Projects & Collaboration: Participate in special projects and contribute to company initiatives as needed. Actively engage in team meetings and contribute insights that support company growth and customer satisfaction.
- Contract & Pricing Renewal: Prepare renewal contracts and updated pricing for existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and retention.
- Reporting & Data Management: Prepare and submit necessary reports, compiling relevant data to aid in management decision-making.
- Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by management, remaining flexible and ready to assist in various aspects of the sales process.
