Inventory Coordinator

Role Overview :

As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations through reporting and maintaining accurate inventory. Your ability to manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records will be essential to achieving company targets and maintaining a streamlined manufacturing process.

Responsibilities :

• Record daily production numbers.
• Perform daily production audits of materials.
• Review daily production output matches reported raw material consumption.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
• Report and monitor production scrap quantities and codes.
• Maintain daily production Excel spreadsheet.
• Prepare inventory documentation : this involves accurately recording type, quantity, quality, and other inventory features.
• Review and evaluate inventory accuracy and act as necessary to address any deficiencies.
• Conduct end-of-month reporting in coordination with the Production Planner and team.
• Investigate physical inventory discrepancies to ensure alignment between our inventory system and the physical inventory.
• Ensures accurate inventory system records are available to the Accounting Team in a timely manner for month-end close and reconciliation.
