Role Overview:
As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations through reporting and maintaining accurate inventory. Your ability to manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records will be essential to achieving company targets and maintaining a streamlined manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:
- Record daily production numbers.
- Perform daily production audits of materials.
- Review daily production output matches reported raw material consumption.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
- Report and monitor production scrap quantities and codes.
- Maintain daily production Excel spreadsheet.
- Prepare inventory documentation: this involves accurately recording type, quantity, quality, and other inventory features.
- Review and evaluate inventory accuracy and act as necessary to address any deficiencies.
- Conduct end-of-month reporting in coordination with the Production Planner and team.
- Investigate physical inventory discrepancies to ensure alignment between our inventory system and the physical inventory.
- Ensures accurate inventory system records are available to the Accounting Team in a timely manner for month-end close and reconciliation.
Coordination and Communication:
- Collaborate with various departments, including purchasing, manufacturing, and logistics, to ensure a seamless flow of information and materials.
- Communicate inventory needs and changes effectively to all relevant stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies in inventory.
- Implement best practices to enhance inventory accuracy.
- Actively participate in the implementation of new systems.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory.
- Generate regular reports to management on inventory and other relevant metrics.
Education:
- High school graduate or a GED equivalent from an accredited institution is required.

- Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with various levels of the organization.
