Sales Coordinator – Pharma/MedTech
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing accounts and nurturing key client relationships.
- Assist with sales quotes and order processing
- Act as a liaison between Inside Sales, Sales, Project Management, and other departments to coordinate efforts and make sure projects are being developed on time and all action items are being executed to completion
- Assist with invoice follow-ups to help ensure on time payments
- Prepare to report on actual production volumes, validate this information
- Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and product availability.
- Work with supply chain teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock availability.
- Assist with sales campaigns and promotional materials
- Prepare monthly sales reports for Pharma-Med Tech
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or associate Degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, marketing or a similar role.
- Experience in B2B sales, manufacturing, logistics, or related industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP) and ERP software is beneficial.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills – ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, for internal and external coordination.
- Detail-oriented – capable of ensuring accuracy in order processing, documentation, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of sales processes – including lead tracking, quoting, and customer follow-ups.
- Problem-solving abilities – proactive in identifying and resolving operational challenges.
- Customer service mindset – ability to engage with clients professionally and courteously.
