Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and others to determine project specifications, review drawings for compliance, and obtain necessary permits and licenses.
- Negotiate and manage agreements, draft contracts, and determine needed resources within budgetary limits.
- Coordinate subcontractors, strategically plan construction operations, and schedule phases to meet deadlines.
- Review and approve schedules, financial projections, and project costs, accurately forecasting revenue and profitability.
- Implement and audit Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and safety standards to minimize risks.
- Evaluate progress, prepare detailed reports, and administer the Submittal Review process to facilitate communication between subcontractors, suppliers, and the design team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven expertise as a construction project manager with proficiency in construction procedures, materials, project management principles, and relevant software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
