Responsibilities
As a Construction Intern, you will gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced Project Managers, Estimators, and Field Superintendents in a dynamic, professional environment. Your responsibilities will include :
- Supporting field superintendents, project managers, and estimators in their daily activities.
- Assisting with project engineering, project accounting, and on-site coordination.
- Managing project documentation, including progress photos, submittal reviews and approvals, RFIs, and change orders.
- Actively participating in the change management process and other job site-specific duties.
- Receiving guidance from a dedicated mentor to enhance technical and professional skills.
This internship is designed to evaluate candidates as potential future full-time employees.
