We are looking for someone who will strive to provide the best and most comprehensive customer service experience to our customers. The ideal candidate is dedicated, highly skilled, experienced and quality-minded. Phenomenal people skills a plus, professional appearance and clean driving record a must!
An Experienced Camera Technician is Responsible For:
- Outstanding communication skills with the homeowner and office support staff
- Completing a thorough evaluation of the homeowners drain issue(s)
- Providing education along with options for repairs
- Obtain authorization from homeowner to complete needed repairs
- Remain ready to perform work same day
- Strive for 5 star service
An Experienced Camera Technician Tasks Include:
- Video inspect & properly locate sewer & drain lines
- Diagnose any issues and provide options for a resolution
- Communicate clear direction for the install crew to complete the tasks needed
- Manage multiple repair jobs at one time
- Ensure job is completed properly and up to the George Brazil Standards
- Provide excellent customer service & communication skills
