Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Ride-Along Coach to mentor and train our plumbing and electrical service technicians. As a critical part of our team, you will utilize Nexstar Training principles and Service Titan software expertise to improve performance, customer satisfaction, and ensure consistent service excellence.
An Experienced Ride-Along Coach is Responsible For:
- Accompany technicians on service calls to provide on-the-job coaching and feedback.
- Develop and deliver tailored training programs to enhance technical and customer service skills.
- Analyze technician performance data using Service Titan and other tools to identify areas for improvement.
- Promote the application of Nexstar Training best practices in all aspects of service delivery.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to help technicians meet and exceed goals.
- Act as a liaison between field staff and management to ensure alignment on expectations and outcomes.
Qualifications for Ride-Along Coach Include:
- Proven experience in plumbing and electrical service industries.
- Certification or extensive training in Nexstar Training principles.
- Proficiency in ServiceTitan software, including reporting and operational tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to coach and mentor individuals with varying skill levels.
- Track record of improving team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
