Ward Clerk-Activities Coordinator - Nursing
Full-Time LPN or CNA position: Monday-Friday 40 hours per week - day shift. The applicant chosen will be responsible to the duties of a Ward Clerk/Unit Secretary, and will help with patient care during times that the staff nurses are unavailable due to emergencies, and urgent patient care situations on the floor.
Must have the ability to use the EHR to the fullest extent for admitting patients, documenting on the chart, order entry, and retrieving test results and attaching them to the patient charts.
Must have good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize duties.
Must have great customer service skills
Current Iowa LPN nursing license or CNA in good standing and BLS required.
