The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical design,knowledge of industrial automation, and an understanding of control systems.PLC programming experience is a plus, as there may be opportunities to assistwith in-shop programming.
This position is bound primarily to the Integrated Solutions shopat the Indianapolis location with occasional travel to customer locationsduring normal business hours. A clean driving record is required. This rolecomes with a competitive compensation plan and as well as excellent benefits.
Electrical Controls Designer Responsibilities :
- Designelectrical schematics and control panel layouts using AutoCAD Electrical.
- Developwiring diagrams, BOMs, and other documentation to support panel builds andsystem integration.
- Workclosely with panel fabrication team to ensure designs meet projectspecifications.
- Collaboratewith the automation team to integrate control system components.
- Maintaindesign standards and best practices for electrical drawings.
- Assistin in-shop PLC programming when opportunities arise (not required butpreferred).
