This position is bound primarily to the fabrication shop at the Indianapolis location with occasional travel to customer locations during normal business hours. A clean driving record is required. This role comes with a competitive compensation plan and as well as excellent benefits.

Fabrication Welder Responsibilities:
- Perform proficient MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on a variety of materials, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
- Proficient in structural frame, process pipe and tubing welding.
- Interpret and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
- Prepare materials for welding, including cutting, grinding, and fitting components.
- Ensure proper alignment and fit of fabricated components prior to welding.
- Execute high-quality welds with attention to precision and aesthetic finish.
- Assemble fabricated components according to project specifications.
- Operate machinery and use equipment to shape, finish, and fabricate parts.
- Conduct inspections to ensure welds meet quality and safety standards.
- Maintain and clean fabrication tools and equipment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical school or continued education is a plus.
- Certifications in welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) are preferred but not required.
- Proven proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, with the ability to adapt techniques for different materials and project requirements.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be willing to work overtime as business needs arise.
- Attention to detail, organization skills and ability to work independently or with a team.
- Must be willing to travel locally and have a clean driving record.
- All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
