Car Sales Representative/Consultant Job Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and guide them through the car buying process
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our vehicle inventory, features, and specifications to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Conduct test drives and provide comprehensive product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our vehicles
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Car Sales Representative/Consultant Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in any industry is required; automotive sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Corporate hiring requirements: 18 years or older with a clean driving record, valid driver's license, able to pass criminal background, and drug screen THC not included in the screening.
