George Gee Liberty Lake is consistently one of the top-performing automotive dealerships in the Coeur dAlene / Spokane area. We are actively pursuing BDC Representatives to hire in our Service Department. Our dealership has received multiple awards such as the Pinnacle Award from Cadillac. Working as our BDC Representative, it would be your job to identify, develop, and track potential leads for our Service Department. The ideal candidate would have prior experience as a BDC Representative and would be extremely reliable.
BDC Representative Job Responsibilities
- Scheduling customers into our online system.
- Dispatching roadside assistance.
- Delivering world-class customer service in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proactive outbound service scheduling.
- Answering the phone and email correspondence.
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday

BDC Representative Qualifications
- Prior BDC, appointment scheduling, or receptionist experience.
- Professional appearance and behavior.
- Computer and phone literacy.
- Phone etiquette and communication skills.
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not included in the screening.
