Looking for Customer Service representatives to assist with client relations.in our service department. Must be High-energy, positive and out-going with strong verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and e-mails, greeting customers and prospective customers and reminding them of upcoming appointments
- Scheduling appointments for customer consultations, visit to the dealership and services requested
- Liaise and coordinate with service team about schedules, customers and any changes
- Follow up with customer regarding their experience.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
