As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled NetSuite Administrator to join our dynamic Information Technology team.
Position Summary: The NetSuite Administrator will play a critical role in leading the Information Technology department. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the company's IT infrastructure, networks, and systems while outlining and developing a key tech stack for the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to IT support.
Key Responsibilities:
NetSuite Administration:
- Support NetSuite initiatives to enhance internal controls, increase audit efficiencies, and drive process optimization with a focus on system operations, change management, security, and interfaces with external technologies (RF Smart, FWD Mobile, and the development of E-Commerce connections).
- Develop and maintain detailed process documentation and workflows to ensure understanding of NetSuite configuration and data flows.
- Work with stakeholders to establish system roadmap priorities for business functions.
- Be a key resource for developing reports and ensuring efficient utilization of the NetSuite system.
DSD Field Software:
- Finalize implementation of DSD software to ensure roll-out of technology to field, with key processes integrated to NetSuite.
- Ensure accurate inventory records are maintained for partners.
- Source and implement 3 party field service for 24-7 tech support.
System Administration:
- Administer, monitor, and maintain servers and system hardware.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and software applications.
User Support:
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the help desk team to address user concerns and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Manage ticketing system efficiently to track, prioritize, and resolve user requests.
Security and Compliance:
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization's IT assets.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Hardware Management:
- Procure new hardware for employees and distributors and coordinate delivery to necessary locations.
- Support Asset management of key tasks
- Procure additional IT and Office equipment needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years' experience as a Director of IT or in similar role.
- 5 Years NetSuite Experience with Implementation and API Integration experience.
- Strong knowledge of network and system administration.
- Fortinet and Ubiquiti Networking knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Proficient in ticket management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus
