Seasonal Field Supply Associate
Reports to: Field Supply Manager
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. unless otherwise dictated; 40-45-hour workweek; seasonal.
Job Location: 3500 Alum Creek Drive, Columbus OH, 43207 – This position does not offer remote work capabilities.
General Overview: Assist in managing the inventory of the Field Service Department and tracking equipment entering and leaving the department daily. Responsible for preparing internal equipment orders and consumable supplies for pickup or delivery for field use. Assist in overseeing all yard activity with a focus on safety and organization. The person will consistently demonstrate the company’s core values: Integrity, Gratitude, Excellence, and Leadership. This is a seasonal position that will be offered for a summer term only.
Responsibilities:
• Picks internal orders accurately and efficiently according to the needs of the Field;
• Packs orders securely and appropriately to prevent damage during transit;
• Labels items and equipment as needed to ensure prompt and accurate pickup or delivery;
• Receives Returns of small tools and equipment, verifies quantities, and inspects for damage;
• Confirms quantities and quality of newly delivered items;
• Assists in conducting regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels;
• Keeps the field service areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards;
• Collaborates with other team members to fulfill urgent internal orders and prepare them for pickup or delivery;
• Fulfills orders of small tools, and consumable materials as needed;
• Gathers consumable materials for new hires as needed;
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures regarding safety;
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds;
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach for extended periods;
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and weather conditions;
• Proficiency in using technology such as computers and Mircosoft Office;
• Must maintain an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) that meets the Company’s eligibility;
• Must have reliable transportation;
• Must successfully pass a drug screening.
