Established in 1992, Preventative Aftercare is committed to keeping families together by providing quality home based services to at-risk children, youth, adolescents and their families in their homes, schools and communities.
Position Overview:
Responsibilities of the RESTORE Program Manager will include, but are not limited to, providing direct management of the RESTORE Program, providing and documenting supervision of the Community Service Coordinator (CSC), reviewing all documentation and reports done by the CSC to ensure program standards, problem solving performance issues, providing coverage in the absence of the CSC, communicating with the community and business partners to form relationships and stay informed, and marketing the RESTORE program to prison, probation, and the reentry committee to ensure census is maintained per the program description. The Program Manager would also be responsible for the hiring and terminating of employees, referring participants to different services, as well as computing all participant data, statistics, and follow-up information to compile program outcomes. This is a grant funded position with the possibility of long-term employment.
Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in criminology or a related field.
- A minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Willing to travel throughout the community.
- Knowledge of prosocial, moral reasoning, workforce development, and independent living skills
- Basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
