KOCH Finishing Systems, a leading provider of turnkey automated paint finishing systems, is expanding its team. We are currently hiring a Sales Account Managers to drive growth in the North America region. As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in meeting annual booking targets and expanding our market presence.

- Assess customer needs, identifying bottlenecks in current processing systems, and accurately scoping potential system solutions.
- Coordinate field activities during the sales process and maintain positive customer rapport, reflecting KOCH's core values.
- Collaborate with estimating, purchasing, project managers, and engineering teams to capture opportunities and identify solutions.
- Develop and execute effective sales penetration plans for assigned accounts and market sectors.
- Travel to customer sites to promote company capabilities, determine project feasibility, and participate in contract negotiations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering degree preferred) and/or business management, sales, marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 5 years of successful experience in strategic selling and negotiation skills in solution and systems sales of capital equipment or industrial automation.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of liquid, powder, ecoat paint processing preferred.
- Demonstrated account management skills.
- Proven customer service practices leading to building long-term relationships.
- Highly motivated and self-directed with excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ideal candidates must be able to report to our office in Evansville, IN.
