Job Summary:
The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for servicing and managing a book of personal lines insurance clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer service and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily servicing of personal lines accounts, including policy changes, renewals, billing, and claims assistance
- Provide professional, prompt, and courteous service to clients and prospects
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional coverage
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our management system
- Assist with new business quoting and policy issuance
- Follow up on leads and work closely with producers to support sales efforts
- Ensure compliance with Farmers Insurance guidelines and state regulations
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in personal lines insurance (preferred)
- Active California Property & Casualty License (required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
- Familiarity with insurance management systems (experience with Farmers systems a plus)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
