Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Assist clients with policy renewals, changes, and claims processing.
Educate clients about their insurance options and help them choose coverage that fits their needs.
Process insurance applications and verify information for accuracy.
Handle customer account management, billing, and payment inquiries.
Maintain accurate client records and follow up on outstanding issues.
Requirement
Must hold a valid Personal Lines License (P&C License preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Prior experience in customer service or insurance is a plus.
Salary : $40,000 - $75,000
