What You'll Do :
- Develop & Execute Strategy - Set the roadmap for our performance marketing efforts, leveraging data-driven insights to scale acquisition and revenue growth.
- Optimize for Impact - Own paid media performance across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and more), ensuring efficiency and ROI at scale.
- Lead & Inspire - Manage and mentor a team of performance marketers, fostering a results-oriented, data-driven culture.
- Drive Innovation - Identify new opportunities, test cutting-edge approaches, and continuously refine strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate Across Teams - Partner with Data Analytics, Product Marketing, Design, and external vendors to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Your Skill Set :
What We're Looking For :
Education : Bachelor's degree in business, economics, analytics, or a related field.
Experience : 10 years in growth or performance marketing (preferably e-commerce), with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven Results : A track record of driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI through paid media.
