Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop marketing systems, lead office team meeting, promote & initiate office quarterly goals, support the Agent's annual revenue and/or production plans.
- Manage, train, develop our sales and service teams toward office efficiencies to achieve results
- Create strategic plans by utilizing various reports to keep the team focused on customer satisfaction along with agency yearly metrics being accomplished

- 215 & 220 Licensing required, Series 6 optional
