Lead Line Cook Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Lead Line Cook

to join our team! This role requires someone who can handle multiple stations, work efficiently under pressure, and ensure top-quality food preparation. If you have a passion for cooking and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

Oversee and run multiple stations on the line, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Prepare and cook menu items with consistency and attention to detail.

Maintain quality and presentation standards for all dishes.

Assist in training and guiding other line cooks as needed.

Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times.

Manage prep work and maintain proper stock levels throughout service.

Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely execution of orders.

Assist with daily kitchen cleaning and equipment maintenance.

Requirements :

Previous experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Ability to multitask and run multiple stations efficiently.

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards.

Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation :

Pay based on experience.

60-day probationary period, with performance review after completion.

Available shifts and compensation : We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.00 - $19.00 / hour.
