Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality guitar instruction to students of various skill levels and ages
- Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's goals and abilities
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment
- Utilize our proprietary lesson management program to organize schedules efficiently
- Participate in student recitals and showcase events
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance the overall learning experience
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a guitar instructor
- Proficiency in various guitar styles and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with students of all ages and skill levels
- Willingness to undergo a background check and pass FBI child abuse clearances
- Reliable transportation
- Commitment to a recurring agreed-upon schedule
