We're seeking a dynamic Dining Room Manager to join our leadership team and help write the next chapter of our story.
**Core Responsibilities:**
- Lead and inspire our front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Foster collaboration between front and back of house operations
- Develop and implement service standards that enhance our guest-centric culture
- Monitor and maintain quality control across all service touchpoints
- Drive hiring, training, and professional development initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and team members
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, staff management, and service flow
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and efficiency
- Maintain the aesthetic excellence of our dining spaces
**Qualifications:**
- 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Associate's Degree
- ServSafe and TIPS certifications
- Proven track record of team leadership and development
- Experience with restaurant POS systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
