George Sink Injury Lawyers is looking for an outstanding Pre-Litigation Attorney with at least 2 years of high-volume Personal Injury and Workers Compensation experience is a MUST.
The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who possesses strong analytical, negotiation, organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills. Compensation commensurate with experience.
Attorney Skills and Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in the state of North Carolina
- Licensed to practice law in the state of South Carolina and/or Georgia, is a plus
- Possess great Reporting & Research Skills
- Able to build Client Relationships and practice Client Confidentiality
- Must be able to Plan, be Organized & Dependable
- Attention to Detail
Attorney Job Duties:
- Advise clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, or legal rights and obligations.
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
- Keeps clients informed by maintaining contact and communicating case progress.
- Gather evidence to initiate legal actions, by such means as interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts of the case.
- Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for the presentation of cases.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications
