Receptionist

George Sink Injury Lawyers is looking for a full-time Receptionist to join our all-star team in Columbia, SC. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients and visitors coming into the office. The receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors and answering the phone.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients and visitors and answering visitor inquiries
• Answering and routing incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system
• Scheduling and routing clients
• Maintaining and scheduling conference rooms
• Maintaining the waiting area, lobby, or other public areas
• Serving coffee or tea to guests
• Ordering supplies
• Scanning, photocopying, faxing, and filing documents
• Collecting and routing mail and hand-delivered packages

Desired Skills:

• Possession of strong ability to give attention to detail, perform multiple tasks together, and work effectively with other members in a team setting.
• Outstanding organizational skills to effectively process and carry out items on the calendar.
• Knowledge of mailroom procedures and mail processing techniques.
• Proficient in using diverse computer databases for data entry; adept at working with Microsoft Word and Excel packages.
• Ability to type 40 plus words per minute.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Pay is based on experience.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
