The George Snow Scholarship Fund is a nationally known, Boca Raton, FL based non-profit organization whose mission is providing scholarships and support services to deserving high school seniors in Palm Beach and Broward County.
Position Overview
The organization has a full-time opening for a Data and Documentation Coordinator position. The Data and Documentation Coordinator is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining the Fund’s critical data and documentation, ensuring accuracy, security, and accessibility. This role will support scholarship application processing, donor records, compliance tracking, finance, and internal documentation management to enhance the efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Integrity
- Maintain and update student, donor, and organizational data across relevant databases and systems.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of all data entries, performing regular audits and clean-up as necessary.
- Support data analysis and reporting needs, generating insights for program evaluation and donor engagement.
Scholarship & Donor Documentation
- Process, organize, and archive scholarship applications, awards, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate donor records, ensuring proper acknowledgment and tracking of contributions.
Operational & Compliance Support
- Organize and maintain the organization’s internal documentation, including policies, procedures, and historical records.
- Support compliance with recordkeeping policies and data protection regulations.
- Assist with document preparation for board meetings, audits, and reporting requirements.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Work closely with the scholarship, event, finance, and development teams to improve data workflows and documentation processes.
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies or systems to enhance data management and efficiency.
- Provide support for special projects and events as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Management), or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with databases, online giving platforms, CRM systems, and document management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data for reporting and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in nonprofit, scholarship, or donor management is a plus.

Compensation
· The expected salary for this role is $50,000 - $55,000 per year. George Snow staff are expected to work from our office in Mizner Park, Boca Raton, Florida, Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00. The position may require some evening and weekend work during the peak scholarship season.
