They are actively seeking to hire a Project Manager to support their growing operations
Location: Greenville-Spartanburg SC Region.
Position Location: On-Site
As a Project Manager, you'll spearhead and oversee projects from start to finish. Your leadership skills, organizational prowess, and ability to collaborate with diverse teams will be key to delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects, achieving all project goals.
- Craft comprehensive project plans detailing timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality assurance, and supply chain.
- Track project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure success.
- Identify and address project risks and challenges proactively.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
- Prepare and deliver project status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and strong problem-solving capabilities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or comparable field.
Travel Requirements: Up to 20%
