Responsibilities
- Assist with or lead water extraction, drying, and cleanup services in residential and commercial settings.
- Help customers recover from water damage with efficiency and professionalism.
- Work closely with team members to restore properties to their pre-loss condition.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to restoration protocols.
- A strong work ethic and ability to work in physically demanding environments.
- Experience in water restoration or related fields (preferred but not required for labor positions).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Leadership experience (for lead positions).
