Are you an animal lover who would enjoy spending your workday with daily visits from all types of dogs and their people? George is looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and energetic part time/full time sales associate to join our pet friendly store. Stein customer service skills a must.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products.
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure shop is fully stocked
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Open and close shop
- Must be able to work independently
Skills
- Experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
- Product knowledge
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various days. Weekends a must
- High school degree
- Experience with animals a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
