What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Georges Inc?
SUMMARY: The Receptionist – Operations is responsible for greeting all team members and visitors, monitoring the temperature results, and maintaining the logbook. The Receptionist - Operations is also responsible for reporting screening results to plant management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Greet and direct team members and visitors.
- Maintain the logbook with screening details (temperatures, symptoms, etc.), and update plant management on details.
- Receive FedEx and UPS deliveries.
- Receive supplies deliveries.
- Provide administrative support as requested.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will not have supervisory responsibility.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Required
- High School diploma
- 1 year of reception experience or related office experience
- Good communication, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual (English / Spanish; English / Marshallese)
