Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the safety and functionality of the facility.
- Assist with repairs in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents.
- Assist with residential painting and other aesthetic improvements as required.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with residents and staff.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance tasks.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Customer service skills to interact positively with residents and staff members.
- Experience in residential painting or similar tasks is desirable.

Schedule:
- 4 hour shift

- Evenings as needed
- Monday to Friday
