Essential Functions
Detect, troubleshoot, install, configure, and remedy equipment, hardware, software, and systems. Maintain network and communications infrastructure. Analyzes business processes and data to identify opportunities to automate and / or improve existing processes using information technology. Performs market and industry research to support conclusions and recommendations. Develops and provides recommendations regarding business process / performance improvements. Serves as a consultant to management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures. Serves as key customer contact for inquiries and resolution of customer issues.
Qualifications
Minimum EducationHigh School Education preferred, Associate Degree preferred, 2-3 year work experience Graduate of a program in Information Technology or related experience preferred Required SkillsRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
