We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the human resources functions of our organization, ensuring compliance with employment labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage various HR processes effectively.
Duties
1. Maintains full compliance of Administrative Agency Services with all
applicable Federal, State and Local standards and laws.
2. Maintains full compliance of day to day operation of Human Resources and
Staff Development.
3. Organizing Board agendas and communication
4. Executive Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director
5. Cross train with finance, Accounts Payable, etc.
6. Assist in billing
7. Human Resources
8. Benefits management
9. Staff Development
10. And other duties as required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
