We are seeking an A home health field RN who:

• Has excellent clinical skills for geriatric patients
• Is an experience Home Health RN
• Knows OASIS in and out
• Knows how to demonstrate patient gains through OASIS scoring
• Is a natural leader who peers respect
• Has an excellent customer service temperament

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Permanent, Per diem

Pay: $35.00 - $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
