The incumbent will be instrumental in building and overseeing the accounts payable processes, ensuring robust cash out management and proper accounting. Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and manage our accounts payable process, ensuring it adheres to financial regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and account for cash outflows, maintaining appropriate documentation for full transparency and accountability.
- Support the company as it rapidly grows and acquires new entities, ensuring their efficient integration into existing financial processes.
- Oversee a large volume of accounts payable transactions, currently approximating to $15M.
- Undertake the AP Manager role within 6-12 months, managing a broader team and taking on increased responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Solid prior experience in accounts payable, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
- Proven experience developing and implementing accounts payable processes in a quickly evolving environment.
- Superior knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Exceptional leadership skills with futuristic managerial potential.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high-volume transactions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a process-orientated approach.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
