Job Summary
Accountable as system administrator to maintain hardware and software IT infrastructure, provide business services e-mail, access control, telephone, network service to each business department.
Primary Duties
- Install and setup of equipment (hardware / software) for office and process, conducts quick troubleshooting tasks for continuous maintenance and trouble reporting, monitor the status of IT resources by month / quarter (periodic) through audit.
- Provides IT service (Mail / Share-Folder / Directory / Printer / Wired & Wireless Network / Telephone / Others) to business departments and manages related equipment access / repair history.
- Operates IT infrastructure / software that constitutes essential business system for healthcare practice, receives requests / report, and performs trouble-shooting quickly in case of failure and performs document management of history management.
- Performs a series of computer support tasks directly or indirectly related to the above tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
Minimum knowledge, skills, experience
Minimum of two years’ experience as an IT Specialist
Excellent written, verbal, listening, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Knowledge of software implementation
