Program Coordinator - Family Care Primary
The Program Coordinator is responsible for demonstrating leadership, developing teamwork, and functioning as a contributing member of the team.
- Demonstrate leadership and develop teamwork skills.
- Process payroll and finance according to agency procedures and standards.
- Provide orientation for new staff members.
- Train and supervise program staff, including individual supervision and group staff meetings.
- Process intakes according to agreed procedures and standards.
- Provide case consultation and in-service training as necessary.
- Maintain and generate necessary reports, paperwork, program handbooks, and manuals in a timely manner.
- Utilize personal safety plans to manage emotions and interactions with staff and clients.
- Effectively use computer software systems to support client records and requirements.
- Prepare and conduct staff performance appraisals on schedule.
- Evaluate program outcomes according to agency goals and benchmarks.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field preferred.

- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two years of experience working in a social service setting.
