Associate Pastor of Worship

First Baptist Church of Alma, GA is seeking a full-time Associate Pastor of Worship. We are a stable multi-generational church in Southeast Georgia, not far from the coast of Georgia. We currently have an average attendance of 140 and room for growth! The ideal candidate will be able to lead a blended worship service, as well as the ability to work with the choir and have good people skills. This position also requires assisting the Senior Pastor and working with various ministries in the Church.

Minimum Qualifications

• Called by God and gifted to serve
• Musical ability including voice and instrument(s)
• Good people skills and ability to lead the choir
  
  

Experience And Desired Skills

• Experience working with a choir
• Able to utilize various forms of communication and computer applications
• Familiarity with church sound system
  
  

Personal Walk

• Profess and demonstrate a strong personal faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
• Affirm the Baptist Faith and Message 2000
