Job Description
Turkey Branch is currently seeking applicants for the position of a Bi-Vocational Pastor. This person must be a man who satisfies the qualifications set forth in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9. Must believe and adhere to the statements of faith in the Baptist Faith and Message 2000. Applicants must be ordained (or licensed) and set apart for ministry.
Qualifications
This is a part-time, salaried position that may require outside employment or income from another source. Compensation ranges from $35,000 to $40,000 annually, depending upon education and experience.

Qualifications
- A clear communicator
- Having a teachable spirit with a willingness to seek the counsel of others
- Ability to provide administrative help for the ministry
- Experience and ability to recruit, train, and develop leaders
- A commitment to lifelong learning to enhance his gifting and ministry skill set
- Well-grounded in historic Christian faith and doctrine with post-secondary, theological training to equip him for pastoral ministry; not required but preferred
- Represent Church at Middle Baptist Association functions and/or meetings
