- Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Have a calling and passion to work with students.
- Prior Bible teaching and/or small group leadership beneficial
- Positive attitude, depth of biblical understanding, and commitment to biblical character
- Agreement with the BF&M 2000
- Teach Student ministry classes on Sunday (AM/PM) and Wednesday evenings, initiate contact with prospective students, follow up with students, and plan monthly activities.
- Part-time (8-10 hours/week) salary based on training and experience.
- Expected hours will increase during the summer.
