We’re looking for a relational, humble, and courageous leader to shepherd middle school, high school, and college students, along with the volunteers and staff who pour into them. This person will join a team that believes evangelism and discipleship are two sides of the same coin, believes in high invitation and high challenge, and is serious about fun.

You Are
- A devoted follower of Jesus who models authenticity, humility, and dependence on God
- A proven leader of leaders with a track record of discipling others and multiplying impact
- Passionate about helping students know God, own their faith, and make it known
- A strong communicator who can bring truth to life in a compelling way
- Gifted in team building, with the ability to develop volunteers and staff
- Grounded in Scripture and aligned with Thomasville Road’s core values and doctrine
- A team player who wants to be a part of a staff and not a lone ranger.
- Lead and shepherd student ministry support staff and key volunteers
- Teach God’s Word with clarity and conviction to students and leaders
- Equip and encourage students to be missionaries in their schools, homes, and communities
- Partner with parents as primary disciplers in their students’ lives
- Oversee college ministry rhythms, retreats, gatherings, and leadership development
- Help create a culture of celebration, fun, and faithfulness in all things
- Have experience in a multi-staff ministry setting
- Are energized by large-group teaching and one-on-one discipleship
- You are down for late-night Whataburger runs with students
- You believe your office is the schools, sports fields, McDonalds, and anywhere else students live and breathe.
