What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pastor position at Georgia Baptist Mission Board?
We are looking for a pastor who will support the vision of Aletheia Church of bringing new believers to God for salvation; ability to preach and teach biblical truth; a communicator with a vision for youth and youth programs; ability and desire to inspire leaders and support those who seek to lead or be involved in ministry teams; be an enabler to offer loving inspiration and hope; encourage each part of the body to use their spiritual gifts for the Kingdom; and be able to pastor mature members through life changes.
We prefer a seminary graduate with at least a Master of Divinity degree, preferably from a SBC seminary. Skill in administration, technology and finance are also desirable.
