Air Line Baptist Church is seeking a Worship Pastor to serve a pivotal role in the church's leadership. Air Line is a growing church passionate about making disciples of Christ in Northeast Georgia who take the Gospel worldwide.
The Worship Pastor will oversee all aspects of our worship ministry, including planning and leading worship services, shepherding a team of musicians and vocalists, and collaborating with the pastoral team to ensure the worship experience aligns with the vision and mission of the church. This individual will create an environment where people can worship God through music, prayer, and the arts.
This position is initially offered as part-time, but we’re open to transitioning to full-time based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and what they bring to the table. We’re also open to expanding the role with additional ministry responsibilities for the right fit!
