As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Implementing personalized behavior intervention plans
✅ Teaching communication, social, and daily living skills
✅ Collecting data on client progress and reporting to the BCBA
✅ Providing support and encouragement to clients and their families
