We are seeking a motivated Construction Site Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning crews and ensure top-quality service at Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson Airport.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning crews on active construction sites
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and according to safety standards
- Conduct site inspections to identify areas needing attention
- Train and mentor team members in proper cleaning procedures and safety compliance
- Manage supplies, equipment, and schedules for cleaning teams
- Communicate with site managers and contractors to align cleaning tasks with project timelines
- Enforce company policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific safety requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction site cleaning, janitorial services, or a related field
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Must be able to pass airport criminal history check to obtain badge
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and construction site protocols
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
