Warehouse and Counter Sales

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliveries & pickups in company truck ( NON-CDL)
• Prepare orders by processing requests; pull accurate materials and place in appropriate area for customer pick up, shipment or delivery
• Loading and unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in the appropriate areas
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards
• Receive and open boxes, crates and other containers, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
• Counts physical inventory
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; sweep and dust. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
• Maintain inventory controls through minimizing materials damage and ensuring order accuracy
• Establish, maintain and promote high standards of customer service
• Workers are required to lift up to 50 lbs, walk or stand for most of the shift
• Hours are 8:00AM to 5:00PM Monday -Friday

Pay Rate based on experience

Must submit to pre-employment background & Drug Screen

Experience/ Qualifications:

• High School diploma
• 1-2 years previous warehouse experience preferred
• Electrical experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
• Forklift Certification
• Ability to move, lift heavy products
• Good communication, organizational, time management mathematical skills
• Dependable and Reliable
• Inventory, Equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills may be required
• Able to interface with all levels of staff and management.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
