Come join our team at Georgia Crown Distributing Co. as a professional, reliable Night Warehouse Associate. Georgia Crown is a full service alcoholic beverage distributor with wholesale operations doing business in Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee. The position is responsible for printing labels, picking product and loading on the conveyor line nightly.
Responsibilities:
- This is an Evening warehouse position.
- The shift starts at 6pm and ends when the job is complete.
- Employee will be responsible for printing pick labels for their area, reading the labels for pick location, pulling the proper product and loading on the conveyor.
- Employee will also be responsible for loading cases from the conveyor to the back of a delivery truck.
- Repetitive, heavy lifiting for the entire shift.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent required.
- Heavy and repetitive lifiing of 40 lbs minimum
- Attention to detail
- Ability to safely move product to designated areas.
- Six months previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation and ability to report on time.
- Some forklift experience preferred.
- Must be able to pass background checks (i.e. reference checks, police backgrounds…)
