Come join our team at Georgia Crown Distributing Co. as a professional, reliable Business Analyst. Georgia Crown is a full-service alcoholic beverage distributor with wholesale operations doing business in Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee. Position will work with users in various business areas to identify change needs, assess the impact of the change, capture and document requirements and then ensure those requirements are delivered, all while supporting the Company through the implementation process.
- This is an onsite position, no remote work from home will be performed.
- Responsible for administration of Business Intelligence tools such as Dimensional Insights products as well as Infor's Financial reporting software.
- Build, modify, and troubleshoot models in BI systems.
- Working with users and BA to create specs for developers to create / modify extraction files from ERP system for input in BI tools.
- Analyzing data from multiple sources to determine differences and accuracy.3
- Training users on BI tools
- Creating / modifying BI processes, views and reports to best serve user needs.
- Other related duties as assigned
- Excellent oral and written communications skills are required.
- 3 years experience working within an enterprise environment as a Business Intelligence Admin.
- Experience with Dimensional Insights or similar business intelligence systems.
- Advanced understanding of SQL and i-Series flat files for data extraction.
- Four-year degree or related experience required.
- Excellent Excel Skills
- Python, RPG, or other object-oriented programming experience required.
- Must be 21 yeas of age or older
- Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal, communication, time management & organizational skills
- Must have excellent ability to communicate to all levels of employees both written and orally.
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
- Must be able to work overtime if needed.
- Must have and be able to maintain a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass background checks (i.e. police background checks, reference checks, etc.)
- Motor vehicle record will be pulled to establish employment eligibility :

Cannot have more than two (2) : moving violations and / or at-fault vehicle accidents (any combination) in the past three (3) years (for speeding, violations must be under 16mph)
